At Dr Katey Cosmetics, we have a strict booking deposit policy. We require a $100 deposit to confirm your spot, which is reimbursable for your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This policy applies to all appointments except for initial consultations.
Whether you pay your deposit online or over-the-phone., rest assured that your privacy is our priority, and we will never store your credit card details on our premises.
Aesthetic and skin consultations are 30-minute appointments. Any treatment, prescriptions, or additional services provided will be at the discretion of Dr Katey Cosmetics.
